Pastor Tracy and his wife Donna are natives of Alabama.  He  graduated in 2008 from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He, Donna, and their children, Adam, RuthAnne, and Caitlin live in Rock Island.
